Richard “Butch” Adrian

January 15, 1956 – February 26, 2024

Richard Thomas Adrian, age 68, of Dundee, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 26, 2024.

Born January 15, 1956, in Monroe, he was one of three sons born from the union of Richard and Grace (Congealose) Adrian. Richard, often referred to as “Butch”, attended Dundee Public Schools and graduated from Dundee High School with the class of 1975. He went on to work at Food Town and Guardian Glass, before making the decision to work in the construction industry doing roofing.

During his high school years, Richard was known to be quite an athlete. He was a part of both the football and wrestling teams. His great sportsmanship was noticed by all. In his spare time, he enjoyed tractor pulling, fishing, and hunting. Richard will be truly missed by all that knew and loved him.

To cherish his memory. He leaves his loving mother, Grace, and two brothers, Dennis (Marilyn) Adrian and Mark (Toni) Adrian.

Richard is preceded in death by his father, Richard.

In accordance to the family’s wishes, services for Richard have taken place at Rupp Funeral Home. He was laid to rest at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Monroe.
