Loving son of John(Becky)Dmytrusz, and Kathleen King(Bob Slayden). Loving uncle of Ryan Garrett, Avery Garrett, Alyssa McCaffrey, and Scott McCaffrey. Eric will be remembered for his quick witted one liners, for being a talented carpenter, and his love for his family. Eric will be deeply missed by family and friends.
