To cherish her memory, Carol leaves her son, Scott (Sherrianne) Wood; daughter, Tracie Wood; one brother, Fred (Ann) Wood; three sisters: Karen (James) Martin, Paulette (Jimmie) Emery, Rita (Scott) Larrow; and two grandchildren: Erica and Gabby Wood.

Along with her parents, Roy and Evelyn, Carol is also preceded in death by her siblings: Charlene Milbrath, Sharon (Ken) Erdman, Ben (Norma) Wood, Jeannette Klatt, and Punkie Lambert; and her daughter, Sherri Wood.

Carol resided at Hickory Ridge of Temperance Skilled Nursing Facility for the past 10 years. The family would like to acknowledge their gratitude for the amazing care the staff provided and treating Carol like they would their own parents or grandparents. Carol truly thought of the staff as family.
