Sister Rita Mary Ruetz, RSM

Sister Rita Mary Ruetz, RSM ( August 19, 1930 - April 16, 2021 ) Sister Rita, of the Neighborhoods of White Lake, entered eternal life on Friday afternoon, April 16, 2021. She was 90 years old. Sister Rita was born August 19, 1930, in Edmore, MI, to the late Alex and Elizabeth (McNerney) Ruetz. She entered the Sisters of Mercy on September 7, 1949, and professed her final vows on August 16, 1955. Surviving are her brother, Robert (Bonnie) Ruetz; niece Ann Stone; other nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews; and her Sisters of Mercy Community.
